Title:   A Tunable Current-Mode Integrator for Low-Frequency Filters
Inventor:   Hubbard, Allyn E.
Summary:   The invention is a low frequency band pass filter. It describes the basic building blocks for low frequency signal processing circuits, such as lowpass filters, high-pass filter, etc. It only requires very small capacitors and transistors, thereby minimizing the size of the resulting low-frequency signal processing circuits and completely removing the need of off-chip components. It allows a large number of such low-frequency signal processing circuits be integrated on one VLSI chip. The frequency of the proposed integrator can be tuned in a wide range via a single control voltage. This provides great flexibility of the low-frequency circuits and isvery useful in many applications.
